Residential Projects

Custom Woodwork and Venetian Plaster

The custom woodwork in this beautiful home on Todd Hill Road, Staten Island, was spray-painted a beautiful dark grey and authentic Venetian Plaster was applied to the walls for a finish that will last over 100 years.

The vaulted ceilings and walls were also treated and painted on three floors of the home.

SoHo Condominium on Wooster Street

We repaired and painted a 3,000 square foot Condominium in SoHo. We used premium Benjamin Moore paint to give the walls a new look.

Greenwich Village Condo

We painted the woodwork in this Greenwich Village landmark building using high-end paint from The Fine Paints of Europe. The walls and ceiling were painted with Benjamin Moore.

Nolita Apartment

Our client asked for a custom table and wall finish for a small space in their Spring Street (Nolita) apartment. We created this table using reclaimed plumbing materials and finished it with long-lasting metallic paint. The wall design will progressively appear through the finish with time. Frame with Venetian plaster.

Tribeca Condo

This Tribeca rental condo was refreshed and ready for new tenants using Benjamin Moore Paint on the walls, ceiling and woodwork.

The Strathmore in Morningside Heights

This Upper West Side historic apartment building was built in 1909. We had the pleasure of painting several of the rooms in this 2 bedroom apartment, bringing the walls back to their original smooth finish.
